Jesus Calling: June 24th
Hold My Hand--and trust. So long as you are conscious of My Presence with you, all is well. It is virtually impossible to stumble while walking in the Light with Me. I designed you to enjoy Me above all else. You find the deepest fulfillment of your heart in Me alone.Fearful, anxious thoughts melt away in the Light of My Presence. When you turn away from Me, you are vulnerable to the darkness that is always at work in the world. Don't be surprised by how easily you sin when you forget to cling to My hand. In the world, dependency is seen as immaturity. But in My kingdom, dependence on Me is a prime measure of maturity.

Additional insight regarding Isaiah 41:10: All believers are God's chosen people, and all share the responsibility of representing Him to the world. One day God will bring all his faithful people together. We need not fear because (1) God is with us ("I am with you"); (2) God has established a relationship with us ("I am your God"); and (3) God gives us assurance of his strength, help, and victory over sin and death. Are you aware of all the ways God has helped you?
Psalm 62:5-6 (NLT)
5 Let all that I am wait quietly before God,
for my hope is in him.
6 He alone is my rock and my salvation,
my fortress where I will not be shaken.
Additional insight regarding Psalm 62:3-6: David expressed his feelings to go and then reaffirmed his faith. Prayer can release our tensions in times of emotional stress. Trusting God to be our rock, salvation, and fortress (Psalm 62:2 - He alone is my rock and salvation, my fortress where I will never be shaken.) will change our entire outlook on life. No longer must we be held captive by resent toward others when they hurt us. When we are resting in God's strength, nothing can shake us.

ReplyDeleteI sure do miss this book in hand. Gods word is has always been the only and definitely STILL ONLY WEAPON OF CHOICE. AMEN. I pray that ANYONE who is struggling, ESPECIALLY the ones who struggle with ANY form of shyness, and/or mental illness, find that "piece" or that "empty" feeling we all sometimes have trouble understanding or finding. Amen. May the devil FLEE. May we keep REBUKING the devil, which, he/she/it comes to steal from us, kill us, and destroy us. The devil is DEFINITELY WEAK, and if we keep our FAITH STAG and our PRAYER CHAINS STEADY AND PERSISTENT, GOD WILL WIN. Amen. God WILL restore. Amen. God is DEFINITELY able. Amen. GOD is not something anyone should be ashamed of because others have taken their jealousy and pure evil and inflicted it onto our children and our professionals who dedicate their lives. Period. I hope Any form of Gods comments that people take the time to devote help the lost, innocent, needy, and deserving, nonethe less. Perfection doesn't exist in my book as it's definitely a character defects. We are all beautiful and made special by the good Lord. Keep the faith, pray when you can, and just know tomorrow is always a blessing for a new day. It's just a bad moment, definitely not a bad life. Amen

It is a struggle daily to remain in your light and not allow the evil one to place negativity in my head. Please soften my heart and bring me closer to you. In Jesus' name, Amen.
