Jesus Calling: May 7th
If you learn to trust Me—really trust Me—with your whole being, then nothing can separate you from My Peace. Everything you endure can be put to good use by allowing it to train you in trusting Me. This is how you foil the works of evil, growing in grace through the very adversity that was meant to harm you. Joseph was a prime example of this divine reversal, declaring to his brothers: “You meant evil against me, but God meant it for good.”
Do not fear what this day, or any day, may bring your way. Concentrate on trusting Me and on doing what needs to be done. Relax in My sovereignty, remembering that I go before you, as well as with you, into each day. Fear no evil, for I can bring good out of every situation you will ever encounter.
Genesis 50:20 NLT
20 You intended to harm me, but God intended it all for good. He brought me to this position so I could save the lives of many people.
Additional insight regarding Genesis 50:20: God brought good from the brothers' evil deed, Potiphar's wife's false accusation the cup-bearer's neglect, and seven years of famine. The experiences in Joseph's life taught him that God brings good from evil for those who trust him. Do you trust God enough to wait patiently for him to bring good out of bad situations? You can trust him because, as Joseph learned, God can overrule people's evil intentions to bring about his intended results.

I trust you Jesus. You are my lord and my savior. I Thank you Lord Jesus for the Holy Spirit. Bless us and help us. Thank you father. Please keep my son safe and please be with him at all time. He loves you Jesus. Please help my son to recognize that everything he have in life, coming from you. You are our provider. Thank you Jesus for what you have done on the cross for me and others. bless your name Jesus. You are a lord almighty, our only true Father! ReplyDeletePraise You Lord Jesus! Great is thy faithfulness. I am sorry for faulting in my faith with you. You have never left me. You are always there for me. You know the plans you have made for me Lord. I pray that as I walk through this diagnosis of Addison’s and POTS Syndrome disease that you will guide me, give me the strength and the courage everyday to trust you and to walk with you in it. I know you have great plans for me still and I am thankful to have a merciful, loving and steadfast feared God. You are my rock, my salvation and I give you my all. I pray that when I have bad days I remember to rejoice in your name and to be thankful for what I have. I pray when I have good days that I rejoice in your name and praise you and continue to be faithful and stay in your word all the days of my life. Lord by your blood I am healed and I pray you crush Satan’s evil plans in my life. Any chains bound to me by Satan and his demons are to be crushed by you. Lord I pray that you bring and continue to keep the Holy Spirit into me as I worship you and praise you. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
